Mid-June 2005 News!

We had a great time at the Beach Training Class this last Tuesday. With lots of time in the wonderful cool water and a great time on our hike it was great! The cool water combined with the wet gis made for an enjoyable workout! Several students were promoted and several students were given their items to complete for their next promotions.

Please pay attention to the schedule for the next few week. Also, please always check the website and emails as our schedule is subject to change.

May 30 Tuesday, regular class times

June 1, Wednesday, regular class times

June 2, Thursday, regular class times; Testing Day!!
June 4, Saturday, Little Tigers (at the park); No Other Classes

June 7, Tuesday, Beach Day, Warren Dunes, MI (10:00-12:30ish) for all students; no other classes

June 9, Thursday, Normal Class times normal place

June 11, Saturday, Little Tigers and Regular Classes

June 14, Tuesday Regular Classes at Regular Times and Place

June 15, Wednesday, Regular Class times, home of Sensei Arndt

June 16, Thursday, Little Tigers at the home of Sensei Arndt (12:00 Noon-12:40, followed by Popsicles!); wear swim trunks underneath uniforms (gis); Group 1 and Group 2 Classes at the home of Sensei Arndt 1:00-3:00PM; no evening classes
June 18, No Classes

Demonstration Team is canceled for the Summer due to conflicting schedules. Bojitsu Classes to start shortly; we promise!

June 25, Saturday, Sempei Shaina will be testing for Iikyu (Brown Belt, Black Stripe); if you attend one class this summer this will be the one! Guest Instructor Sensei McAlexander

Last call for T-Shirts before they are made; we have only four more left! A deposit of $10 per shirt will secure it for you (total cost $15 each); first come first serve!
