Beginning: "Mokuso" - close eyes, bring feet together into musubi dachi, crossing hands in front of face and lowering them, still crossed, to just in front of tanden.

"Yoi" - cross arms in front of throat and bring to sides, with ibuki breathing.

  1. Morote nukite tsuki jodan. Morote jodan tsuki.

  2. R. mawashi uchi, L. mawashi uchi.

  3. R. nukite tsuki chudan, L. nukite tsuki chudan

  4. Slowly rechamber L. hand, then slowly extend both arms to the sides with nukite tsuki, palms down.

  5. R. foot forward to R. zenkutsu dachi, R. chudan tsuki. Immediately draw R. foot back to R. nekoashi dachi, execute R. gedan shotei uchi.

  6. Slowly execute R. jodan koken uke, then slowly execute R. shuto sakotsu uchi kommi.

  7. Draw R. foot back, L. foot forward to L. zenkutsu dachi, L. chudan tsuki. Immediately draw L. foot back to L. nekoashi dachi, execute L. gedan shotei uchi.

  8. Slowly execute L. jodan koken uke, then slowly execute L. shuto sakotsu uchi kommi.

  9. Pivot R. 90°, bringing L. foot to R., standing straight, arm still extended. R. foot forward to R. zenkutsu dachi, R. gedan tsuki.

  10. L. gyaku jodan tsuki, R. chudan tsuki, kiai.

  11. L. chudan mae geri. Bring L. foot back down.

  12. R. foot back to R. nekoashi dachi, R. uraken haito chudan uchi uke.

  13. R. gedan shotei uchi.

  14. Slowly execute R. jodan koken uke, then slowly execute R. shuto sakotsu uchi kommi.

  15. Pivot L. 180°, bringing R. foot to L., standing straight, arm still extended. L. foot forward to L. zenkutsu dachi, L. gedan tsuki.

  16. R. gyaku jodan tsuki, L. chudan tsuki, kiai.

  17. R. chudan mae geri. Bring R. foot back down.

  18. L. foot back to L. nekoashi dachi, L. uraken haito chudan uchi uke.

  19. L. gedan shotei uchi.

  20. Slowly execute L. jodan koken uke, then slowly execute L. shuto sakotsu uchi kommi.


    End: "Yame" - left foot back to heiko dachi, crossing hands in front of throat and bring to sides.
